This Privacy Policy describes PledgeCap’s policies and practices regarding our collection, use and disclosure of information about you through our Service. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the use of your Personal Information that is collected by third parties that PledgeCap does not own or control.

PledgeCap has put in place commercially reasonable and appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.  Although PledgeCap will implement measures to protect against unauthorized access to your personal information, no company, including PledgeCap, can fully eliminate security risks associated with personal information and we cannot guarantee, represent, or warrant that unauthorized access to your information will never occur.
