Electronic Disclosure

By completing a loan application on our website you (1) consent to our communicating with you via electronic means, (2) agree that we may provide you the pawn ticket and any related documents or other disclosures, notices, and information (“Disclosures”) electronically, (3) agree that all terms and conditions, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that PledgeCap provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if it were a hardcopy writing, and (4) consent to receiving PledgeCap’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy provided to you in electronic form via PledgeCap’s website.You also agree that any information and documentation you provide us in connection with the loan agreement and the services we provide (“Documentation”) must be in electronic form, as specified by us. You may request that we send you a paper copy of a specific electronic communication or document by e-mailing us at [email protected]. We will mail one (1)paper copy to the address we have on file at no charge.

Hardware and Software Requirements​​ In order for you to access and retain Electronic Communications, you must have access to a computer equipped with the following software and hardware: Internet Explorer 9 or above or equivalent software and Adobe Acrobat 9 or above; and hardware capable of running such software.
